The High Commission of Pakistan in Kigali, Rwanda, celebrated Pakistan Day on 23rd March with great pride and dignity through a flag-hoisting ceremony. Ambassador Naeem Khan hoisted the national flag, marking the occasion with due solemnity and respect. The ceremony was attended by a large number of members of the Pakistani and local communities, who gathered to commemorate this historic day. Messages from the leadership of Pakistan were also read out to the audience, highlighting the significance of the occasion and reaffirming the nation’s commitment to progress and unity.
In his address, Ambassador Naeem Khan highlighted the historical significance of 23rd March, paying tribute to the vision and leadership that led to the creation of Pakistan. He also conveyed messages from Pakistan’s leadership and underscored the progress achieved in bilateral relations between Pakistan and Rwanda. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening ties with Rwanda in diverse fields, including trade, education, and cultural exchanges.
