Do’s and Don’ts for Pakistani Nationals in Mexico

Do's 
  • Be cautious of spicy foods
  • As a rule, tip 10 or 15 percent in restaurants
  • Know about the neighborhoods before you go
  • Mexico City is prone to earthquakes
  • Mexican Spanish is not Castellano
  • Do buy tickets in advance
  • Do some research before your departure about the place you want to visit
  • Do learn some basic Spanish
  • Do get a sim card
  • Do carry small bills and change
  • Do keep track of your migratory tourist form
Don'ts
  • Avoid the metro at peak hours
  • Local food is not halal
  • Don't drink tap water
  • Don't take taxis from the street
  • Don't assume everyone speaks English
  • Don't carry your passport and important documents with you
  • Avoid late night travel
