Visa Application on Indian Passport

1. Visa Form duly filled by the applicant four sets

Power of Attorney Attestation Requirements (Executor Must Come in Person) 

1. Power of Attorney on white paper (A-4 size) Two copies
2. Two pictures of Executor(s), if Executor(s) more than one, two pictures of each
3. Two copies of valid Pakistani CNIC and valid Passport and original of Executor(s)
4. Two valid CNIC copies of Attorney in Pakistan
5. Two witnesses (Pakistani nationals) must sign on the Power of attorney, CNIC numbers and their names must be mentioned on the POA and their valid CNIC copies (no need to come in person for witnesses only).
6. Fee 120 Rand in Embassy Account Bring Proof of payment

Power of Attorney (Executor Must Come in Person); In Case of Executor is a South AfricanNational 

1. Power of Attorney on white paper (A-4 size) Two copies;
2. It must be attested from Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), South Africa.
3. Two pictures of Executor(s)
4. Two copies of SA ID and SA Passport and originals of each Executor(s)
5. Two CNIC copies of Attorney in Pakistan, in case of a company, its Chmab`er’s registration documents
6. Two witnesses must sign on Power of attorney and their SA IDs copies (no need to come in person for witnesses only).
7. Fee 120 Rand in Embassy Account Bring Proof of payment

Renunciation of Citizenship Requirements:

1. Please fill Form X with computer not handwritten (Four copies attested from any police station or commissioner of oath)
2. Four copies of current CNIC and Passport each and attested
3. Seven Pictures (5 attested from back and one from front and one without attestation)
4. Four copies of valid status here in South Africa or any accredited country 
5. Four Copies of Assurance letter issued from Home Affairs, South Africa or any accredited country i.e. Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho and Mozambique.
6. CNIC/NICOP with cancelation receipts at the time of submission the application.

Note: All these documents including Form X should be attested by any Attorney or Police Station

Attestation of Pakistani Driving License:

1. For validation of Pakistani Driving License applicant must get an NOC letter from the issuing branch of Driving License in Pakistan, the same NOC should attest form Ministry of Foreign Affairs then we can do attestation on the NOC letter, it must be in original , no scan copy
2. Original CNIC and Driving License and Passport and valid visa is also require for attestation of Driving License NOC and Fee will be 51 Rand , Bring Proof of payment

1. Original Token with signature and contact number of the receiver.

Passport application

1. For Minors, his/her CNIC, Unabridged Birth Certificate, Parents Pakistani CNIC, Passport, valid Status in SA and Marriage Certificate. Both parents must come in person with the minor applicant
2. Original valid CNIC, Passport and valid status in South Africa
3. Please come between Mon to Fri at early morning at 0900 Hrs for processing

Collection of Renunciation of Citizenship Certificate / Letter

For collection of original renunciation certificate

1. Apply cancellation of CNIC online at NADRA website
2. Submit your application at NADRA website and print it out
3. Deposit the required fee online and print it out like proof of online payment
4. Confirmation of cancellation of CNIC from NADRA, a letter will receive from NADRA, print it out
5. Bring Original CNIC and above three print outs for CNIC
6. Bring all original current and previous Pakistani Passport
