Served at Headquarters as Section Officer (1995 & 2000-2001), Deputy Director (2002-2003), Director (2011-2013) and Director General (2019-2020).
Served as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2020-Oct. 2022).
Held various diplomatic assignments in Pakistan Missions abroad: Ashgabat (1996-1999), Geneva-UN (2003-2006) and Abu Dhabi (2007-2010).
Served as Consul General, Consulate General of Pakistan, Chicago (2013-2018).
Served as Ambassador to Kyrgyz Republic (2018-2019).
He is married.
