Appointment Instructions

Only one appointment per person (session time: 10–20 minutes). If issues occur, processing may take longer and affect later appointments.

Do NOT book multiple appointments for the same application — all appointments may be cancelled.

Arrive on time or 5 minutes early to sign in and receive a ticket number.

Clients can book appointments up to 30 days in advance.

Documents Required for Passport

For Adults

1. Valid CNIC/NICOP (original + copy)
2. Old Passport (original + copy)
3. Resident Card (original + copy, if applicable)
4. NOC in case of a Government Servant
5. Foreign Passport along with its copy for dual Nationals only

For Minors

All documents required for adults plus:

1. B-Form/CRC
2. Birth Certificate (S-Form for newborn baby)
3. Marriage Certificate of Parents
4. Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
5. Parents’ Documents (CNIC/CNIC, MRP, Resident Card – originals & copies)
6. In-person presence of both parents is mandatory

     If one parent is not in Korea, then one of the following is required:

1. Guardianship Letter issued by court (in case of divorce), OR
2. Authority Letter properly attested by:
   1. MOFA Pakistan, or
   2. Embassy of Pakistan in the country of stay of the absent parent.

Important Note

The passport process duration for G-1 (Asylum Seeker) visa holders will be finalized after verification and clearance from the relevant agency.

Applicants holding Official Passports are advised to contact Embassy of Pakistan, one day prior to their visit for renewal. They must email (attestation@pkembassy.or.kr) a copy of their NOC and book a renewal appointment from the concerned officer before appearing at the Embassy.

As per the latest instructions from the Director General Immigration & Passport (DGIP), all passport issuing authorities—both within Pakistan and at foreign missions—will now process passport applications for minors aged 10 years and above upon the presentation of a Juvenile Card or a Child Registration Certificate (CRC) that includes fingerprints and a photograph, issued by NADRA. Applicants are advised to ensure they carry the required NADRA document when applying for a passport.

ڈائریکٹر جنرل امیگریشن اینڈ پاسپورٹ کی ہدایات کے مطابق، ملکی و غیر ملکی تمام پاسپورٹ اجرا کرنے والے دفاتر اب 10 سال یا اس سے زائد عمر کے کم عمر درخواست گزاروں کی پاسپورٹ درخواستیں نادرا کی جانب سے جاری کردہ جووینائل کارڈ یا ایسا ب فارم/سی آر سی (جس میں فنگر پرنٹس اور تصویر شامل ہو) کی بنیاد پر پراسیس کریں گے۔ درخواست گزاروں سے گزارش ہے کہ پاسپورٹ کے لیے درخواست دیتے وقت متعلقہ نادرا دستاویز ضرور ساتھ لائیں۔

تمام پاکستانیوں کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ ایمبیسی آف پاکستان سیول میں نئے پاسپورٹ کے اجراء کے دن سے 44 دن کے اندر کورین امیگریشن میں اپنا نیا پاسپورٹ رجسٹر کروانا لازمی ہے، بصورتِ دیگر آپ کو جرمانہ ادا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔ ایمبیسی آف پاکستان سیول اس میں کوئی ذمہ داری قبول نہیں کرے گی۔
