KHALID HUSSAIN MEMON

Born in 1964. Holds Degrees of MBBS, B.A & LLB

Joined Foreign Service of Pakistan in 1988

Served at the Headquarters as Section officer (1990-1991), Protocol Officer, Camp Office, Karachi (1992-1993), Director (2005-2007) and Director General (2011-2013), Additional Secretary (2019-2020)

He remained on deputation with Income Tax Department as Assistant/Deputy Director (1994-2002)

Held various diplomatic assignments in Pakistan Missions abroad: Oslo (2007-2009) and Cairo (2010-2011)

Served as Ambassador of Pakistan to Poland (2013-2017)

Served as Ambassador to Myanmar (2017-2019)

Served as Special Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad from August 2019 to 07 July 2022- looking after Administration, Overseas Pakistanis, Consular Affairs and Audit issues.

Appointed as Ambassador of Pakistan to the Republic of Poland again with concurrent accreditation to Republic of Lithuania, Republic of Latvia, and Republic of Estonia from 14 July 2022.
