*پاسپورٹ کی ترسیل کے لیے اہم اعلان*
پاسپورٹ کی تجدید کے لیے دور دراز سے سفارت خانے آنے والے کمیونٹی کے افراد کی سہولت کے لیے سفارت خانے نے ایک نیا نظام شروع کیا ہے جس کے تحت ہر درخواست گزار, پاسپورٹ پروسیسنگ کے بعد, ایک حلف نامے پر دستخط کر سکے گا جس میں وہ بتائے گا کہ وہ پاسپورٹ کیسے حاصل کرنا چاہتا ہے۔
پاسپورٹ درج ذیل طریقہ کار کے ذریعے بھیجے جا سکتے ہیں: i) کسی مجاز شخص کے حوالے کرنا؛ ii) کورئیر کمپنی کے ذریعے براہ راست ترسیل؛ iii) سفارت خانے میں ہیلپ ڈیسک فرد کے ذریعے۔
اس عمل سے کمیونٹی کی طویل مُطالَبہ کو پورا کرنے میں مدد ملے گی تاکہ کورئیر کمپنیوں کو بھاری چارجز ادا کیے بغیر ان کے رہائشی پتے پر پاسپورٹ کی بروقت اور محفوظ ترسیل کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔
سفارت خانہ سپین میں مقیم پاکستانیوں کو درپیش مشکلات کو کم کرنے کے لیے نئے اقدامات متعارف کرتا رہے گا۔
کمیونٹی کی طرف سے اس سلسلے میں تجاویز/سفارشات کو سراہا جائے گا۔
*Important Announcement: Passport Delivery Mechanism*
In order to facilitate the community members visiting the Embassy from far-off places for passport renewal, the Embassy has started a new system under which every applicant, after processing the passport, will be able to sign an affidavit indicating how he/she would like to receive the passport.
The passports can be sent/delivered through: i) an authorized person; ii) courier company; iii) help-desk individual at the Embassy.
This process will help address a long-term demand of the community to ensure timely and secure delivery of the passports to their residential address without exploitation by the courier companies.
The Embassy will continue introducing new steps to ease the difficulties faced by the Pakistani Diaspora in Spain.
Suggestions/recommendations in this regard by the community are welcomed.
