Police Character Certificates

Police Certificate Online is only for nationals of Punjab, Islamabad, Balochistan  and  Kashmir, this certificate can be processed with the assistance of the Embassy. If you are from any other province you should apply in Pakistan , get it attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan, later forward to this Embassy for attestation, and then you can submit this in your country of residence with relevant authorities. Dispatch is responsibility of the applicants.

Please indicate complete address and Police Station it belongs per jurisdiction and the exact period of stay (DAY,MONTH,YEAR at that address) KINDLY RESPECT THE FORMAT OF DATES REQUIRED. 

Please give details about your stay (from which date up to which date). This is very important!!! (Do not say from Birth till date).

Please re check all your information before sending since it is not responsibility of the Embassy to check spelling mistakes, wrong dates, etc.
For dates:  respect the format dd/ mm/yy.
The information should be true and correct without errors as the Certificate will be issued with the information provided by you.

Kindly have in mind that the process will take at least 25 days for issuance of Police Certificate by the authorities in Pakistan. So it is important to receive the form with true and correct information without errors in order to avoid unnecessary delays.

Applications with missing / wrong information or missing documents will not be processed.

Gift Undertaking

• Applicant must be overseas Pakistani and can only gift the vehicle to their family/Blood Relatives.
• Applicant’s presence is mandatory

• Colored Photocopies of all those pages having Exit/Entry stamps of Pakistan Airport to prove more than 700 days of abroad stay will be attested.
• Copy of CNIC to whom a vehicle is being gifted
