Tokyo, October 2025 – Ambassador Abdul Hameed received representatives and outgoing students of the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) in Tokyo. The Ambassador commended the JDS initiative and encouraged the scholars to act as bridges of friendship between Pakistan and Japan, contributing their knowledge to national development and governance reforms.
