(Tokyo, 09 December, 2025; Ambassdor Abdul Hameed met Hiroko Ota, President of National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies ( GRIPS), on 8 December 2025. They discussed prospects of academic exchanges and research collaboration between Pakistan and Japan. The GRIPS leadership briefed the Ambassador on various academic programmes and the scope of their research in the Institute. They noted that 141 Pakistani students had graduated in various fields from GRIPS by May 2025.
