Today, Pakistan Embassy observed Human Rights Day which aimed at ensuring that 'Human Dignity' is at the centre of Pakistan's Human Rights Agenda and realization of all Human Rights, especially those related to women empowerment, gender equality, protection of rights of children and other vulnerable groups. Charge d'Affaires (a.i.) in her speech on the occasion also reiterated the efforts made by Pakistan for protection of Human Rights such as adoption of the National Action Plan and its diligent implementation. She urged the international community to voice against the human rights violations by Indian Occupation Forces in Indian occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IoJ&K) and play role for right of self-determination to the people of IoJ&K in light of United Nations Security Council Resolutions. In the end, the participants prayed to Almighty to bless the oppressed Kashmiri brothers, children and women - under curfew, arrest and detained in IOJ&K - with right of self-determination and end of ongoing genocide and humanitarian crisis.   Embassy of Pakistan - Muscat December 10,2019
