(Tokyo, April 23, 2025: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) and the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), in collaboration with the Pakistan Embassy in Tokyo organized the Pakistan Pavilion at Japan IT Week 2025, being held at Tokyo Big Sight, Japan 23-25th April 2025.
The pavilion features 18 Pakistani companies specializing in diverse IT domains, including IT services, IT consulting, game development, software development, and embedded systems, all showcasing their cutting-edge expertise.
The Pavilion was formally inaugurated by the Charge d'Affaires of the Pakistan Embassy in Japan, Mr. Talha Bin Khalid, Ms. Madhi Ali, Trade & Investment Counselor,and Mr. Shahbaz Hameed, from PSEBas well as representatives from JICA and the participating companies..
The Pakistan Pavilion drew significant attention from Japanese buyers, who showed keen interest in the innovative technologies presented by Pakistani companies. The participating companies are optimistic about generating substantial business leads from the event, marking a significant step forward for Pakistan’s IT industry. As Pakistan’s tech talent aligns with Japan’s innovation ecosystem, both nations look forward to a future shaped by dynamic and mutually beneficial bilateral partnerships in the IT sector.
