The Government of Pakistan has established Special Courts for Overseas Pakistanis under the Special Courts (Overseas Pakistanis Property) Act, 2024 to ensure expeditious resolutions of disputes, particularly those relating to immovable property. In pursuance of the Act, two District and Session Judges have been designated in the district judiciary, while one Honourable Judge of the Honourable Islamabad High Courts has also been nominated.

حکومتِ پاکستان نے بیرونِ ملک پاکستانیوں کے تنازعات، بالخصوص غیر منقولہ جائیداد سے متعلق امور کے فوری فیصلے کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے خصوصی عدالتیں قائم کی ہیں، جو خصوصی عدالتیں (اوورسیز پاکستانی جائیداد) ایکٹ، 2024 کے تحت تشکیل دی گئی ہیں۔ اس ایکٹ کے تسلسل میں، ضلعی عدلیہ میں دو ضلعی و سیشن جج نامزد کیے گئے ہیں، جبکہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے ایک معزز جج کو بھی نامزد کیا گیا ہے۔
