Born in 1979.  He studied Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in International Development from Maxwell School, Syracuse University, USA.   

Joined Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad as Assistant Director in 2005, and served at various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. He is a career diplomat having 21 years of service.

Held various diplomatic assignments in Pakistan Missions including Pakistan Embassy Doha, Consulate General of Pakistan Frankfurt, Embassy of Pakistan Kuwait and Consulate General of Pakistan Houston.

He is married and has two children.
