Non marriage Certificate from Union Council	Permission from the applicant’s parents along with copies of their ID Cards. (translated in English and attested from Moroccan Foreign Office)
Police Character Certificate from the place of residence (attested from Embassy of Pakistan) or from Pakistan (duly attested from Foreign Office of Pakistan).	Valid ID Card/Passport
Permission from the applicant’s parents on affidavit along with copies of their ID Cards.

- Applicant below 18 years of age may produce original Computerized Registration Certificate (CRC), issued by NADRA, in place of NICOP
In case the applicant does not have a CNIC/NICOP, he will be required to first apply for NICOP, MRP is processed after NICOP preparation
