Renunciation of Nationality
Submit the following: 
1. Electronically filled Form-X (available at Embassy’s website - 03 sets) 
2. Original CNIC (along with 03 sets copies) 
3. All expired Passports in original (with 03 sets copies each) 
4. Original receipt for Surrendered CNIC (03 sets) *Apply at NADRA website ( www.nadra.gov.pk ) . The receipt will be sent by NADRA to the applicant through email. 
5. Letter from Japanese Ministry of Justice (with translation - 03 sets) 
6. Copy of valid passport (03 sets) 
7. Zairyu Card (03 copies) 
8. Nine passport size photographs with white background. (09) 
9. Fee Yen.1000/- 

Note: Principal must appear personally, along with above documents.
