Pakistan’s public diplomacy with Turkmenistan has been on an upward trajectory for the past three decades. This relationship has been strengthened through cooperation and outstanding diplomatic, economic, and political consultations. The TAPI (Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India) pipeline project is seen as a harbinger of peace and prosperity for Afghanistan and across the region. It plays a pivotal role in strengthening the friendship bonds between Turkmenistan and Pakistan. The project is expected to create opportunities for economic development, job creation, and energy security. Moreover, Pakistan and Turkmenistan have built a solid framework for cooperation in diversified fields including cultural cooperation, energy sector and trade, educational ties, and people-to-people relationship. Both countries are committed to strengthening their ties and leveraging opportunities to create shared prosperity for their people.
