Registration of Pakistani children born abroad

Requirements:

• Complete (Form-S)https://dgip.gov.pk/downloads/forms.pdf
• Threelatest Photographs of the child
• Original birth certificate and copies of parent’s Passport.
• Attach photocopy of proof of father’s Pakistani nationality (CNIC)
• Copy of Marriage Certificate/NikahNama of Parents.
• Registration fee to be deposited in Embassy’s Official Account on arrival.
  Fee is payable in U.S. dollars payable to the Embassy of Pakistan. All fees are non-refundable.

Note: All travellers to Pakistan are advised to get the requisite vaccination i.e; yellow fever or other.

Original national ID card (Copy if original is not available).
