Attestation of all documents including Power of Attorneys

• Foreign documents must be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan/Georgia.
• Documents from Pakistan must be first attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Pakistan with QR Code for confirmation. Moreover, Educational documents will be attested from Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan before presenting for attestation from MOFA.
• Documents attested by Pakistan Missions Abroad will be verified from the concerned Mission before countersignatures.
• The attestation fee for one document is US $5/- (Fee is accepted in US Dollars only. The fee will be submitted in cash in the Embassy of Pakistan while submitting application).
• Please bring the photocopies of Passport, National IDs and Visa/Resident Card of the applicant.
• For affidavits/declarations/authority lettersbeing issued by Pakistani nationals, two witnesses must be present along with their original Passport, National ID and Visa/Resident Card.
• For attestation of NOC for marriage, both nationals must visit Embassy in person.

For Attestation of Power of Attorney (Pakistani nationals)

• Applicant must bring the original Power of Attorney in person along with his/her original CNIC/NICOP, Passport and Visa/Resident Card (also one copy of each-both sides). The executant must paste one passport size photograph on the Power of Attorney.

• Two witnesses are required(mandatory) and both must be present in person along with their original CNIC/NICOP, Passport and Visa/Resident Card (also one copy of each-both sides).

• The Executant and both witnesses must sign the Power of Attorney in presence of Embassy’s Consular Officer. Already signed Power of Attorney will not be accepted.

• The Executant must provide his/her as well as Attorney’s Telephone number.

• CNIC copy of Attorney.

• Fee US $5/- per executant. (Fee is accepted in US Dollars only. The fee will be submitted in cash in the Embassy of Pakistan while submitting application).
• Please note that after attestation of Power of Attorney by the Embassy, the deadline for registration of the Power of Attorney from the concerned Assistant Commission/Additional Collector/Sub Registrar etc, meant for attorney/nominee is 120 days.

For Attestation of Power of Attorney/Affidavits/Declaration/Authority Letters (Citizens of Azerbaijan and Georgia)

• Citizens of Azerbaijan and Georgia must attest/legalize their Power of Attorney from their respective Foreign Offices.

• After attestation/legalization of their Power of Attorney from local Foreign Office, the Embassy of Pakistan will attest the same.

• Applicant must come in person.
• Fee US $5/- per executant. (Fee is accepted in US Dollars only. The fee will be submitted in cash in the Embassy of Pakistan while submitting application).

Documents will be collected and delivered the next working day.
