We attest the following documents that must be attested with QR Code from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad and its Liaison Offices i.e. Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Gujrat, Pakistan, before its presentation to the Consulate General of Pakistan, Chengdu: 

1. Educational Certificates and Degrees;
2. Family Registration Certificate, (FRC);
3. Marriage Certificate;
4. Single Marriage Certificates;
5. Birth Certificate etc.
