Power of Attorney (POA) in person

POA requirement: The executant will make a document mentioning all details of executant and attorney and specific property or assets to be sold or purchase/transfer etc

1. Personal appearance in the Consulate for sign and thumb impression with two Pakistani witnesses and there is a register maintained in the Consulate for signature and thumb impression of the executant and two witnesses at the time of their presence
2. Original and copy of CNIC and passport of executant
3. CNIC copy of attorney with Pakistan mobile number
4. One photo of attorney
5. Two Pakistani witnesses with original and copy of their valid CNICs & Passports
6. Two photographs of the executant and one photo of witnesses.
