Requirements:

1. the pension bill/life certificate must be notarized if sent through mail.
2. Copy of Pakistani CNIC, NICOP/Passport (valid or expired).
3. Copy of state ID or Driving licence.

Note: There is no fee for attestation of pension bill/life certificate. No prior notarization is required if the applicant comes in person to the consulate.
