Muhammad Mubashir Khan is a career diplomat with 13 years of service in public service. He has worked in the United Nations Division and Europe Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has served at Pakistan Embassy Moscow and Pakistan Embassy Bucharest.

Muhammad Mubashir Khan is a mechanical engineer graduated from University Politehnica of Bucharest and holds a Master’s in Political Science (International Relations). He studied Portuguese language at Universidade de Lisboa.
