Nulla Osta for Repatriation of Human Remains

The following documents are required:

• Death Certificate issued by the Comune
• Hospital Death Certificate
• Nulla Osta issued by the Italian Judicial/Police Authorities (where death is due to accident or other non-natural causes)
• Request from the Funeral Agency
• Copy of Passport and Pakistani identity document of the deceased
• Request from a family member for repatriation
• Copy of identity documents of the requesting family member

No Consular fee is charged for issuance of the Death Nulla Osta.
