Requirments for Applying

Passport for adults (18 Years and above)

1. Personal appearance of the applicant.
2. Original Valid NADRA CNIC / NICOP along with photocopy.
3. Married female CNIC / NICOP with their husband’s name.
4. Permit of stay (Valid Permesso di Soggiorno) along with photocopy.

Passport for Minors (Born in Italy)

1. Personal appearance of child is must.
2. Original Birth Certificate issued by the Italian Commune with both parents name on it (Certificato di Niscata).
3. Pakistani Passports & CNIC / NICOP cards of both parents along with photocopies.
4. The applicant below 18 years of age will be accompanied by one of his/ her parents.
5. CNIC is required in case for applying passport for CNIC of child born in Italy.

Passport for Minors (Born in Pakistan)

1. Personal appearance of child is must.
2. Original Birth Certificate issued by Nadra / CRC / Form-B / FRC, along with photocopy.
3. Original Valid NADRA CNIC / NICOP / FRC / CRC /Form-B along with their photocopies.
4. Pakistani Passports & CNIC / NICOP cards of both parents along with photocopies.
5. The applicant below 18 years of age will be accompanied by eit her of his/ her parents.
6. Previous passports (If any).

Note:

• Children under 15 years of age will be issued passport for 5 years validity.
• Passport having 5 years of validity cannot be converted into 10 years of validity.
• 3^rdtime lost cases would be referred to Director General (IMPASS) for advice approval.
• Passport can also be applied online through: https://onlinemrp.dgip.gov.pk/
• Passport applied from Consulate cannot be delivered at home. Applicant needs to come back to Consulate to collect the Passport in person. Incase the applicant cannot come in person, an authority letter, in prescribed format, can be given to a third person for collection of Passport.
