NADRA policy applies to new registration, renewal, change/correction and attestation of identity documents for citizens applying inland or abroad.

For a consular website, I recommend not reproducing the entire NADRA Registration Policy. Instead, list only the documents applicants should bring. This makes the page much more user-friendly while remaining consistent with the policy.
Required Documents
1. Fresh NICOP Registration (Under 18 Years)
Required Documents
Child must be present.
Any one parent or legal guardian must be present.
Parent's valid CNIC/NICOP number.
B-Form and or Birth certificate if country of birth is Pakistan.
In case country of birth is other than Pakistan, Foreign Detailed Birth Certificate and S-1 Birth Registration Form issued by the Consulate/Embassy.
Child's valid Pakistani or foreign passport (if available).
Valid Residence Permit (if available).
Biometric verification by parent/guardian.
2. Fresh NICOP Registration (18 Years & Above)
Required Documents
Applicant must be present.
Parent's or blood relative's CNIC/NICOP number.
B-Form and or Birth certificate if country of birth is Pakistan. In case country of birth is other than Pakistan, Foreign Detailed Birth Certificate and S-1 Birth Registration Form issued by the Consulate/Embassy.
Valid Pakistani/Foreign Passport or Affidavit for not having passport attested by the Consulate.
Valid Residence Permit or other proof of legal stay abroad.
Biometric verification of the blood relatives is required.
3. Renewal of NICOP
Required Documents
Applicant must be present.
Existing NICOP.
Valid Pakistani or Foreign Passport.
Valid Residence Permit (if applicable).
Note: Renewal does not permit any change in personal information.
4. Reprint of NICOP (Lost/Damaged)
Required Documents
Applicant must be present.
Existing NICOP number.
Valid Pakistani or Foreign Passport.
Valid Residence Permit (if applicable).
No attestation is required.
5. Modification / Correction of NICOP
Depending on the requested modification, the following documents are required.

Foreign Passport.
Documents proving Pakistani origin (such as previous CNIC/NICOP, Birth Certificate, or Pakistani parent's identity documents).
Supporting nationality/citizenship documents, where applicable.
