Power of Attorney Executed in Italy

Applicants are encouraged to execute a Power of Attorney online through:

http://www.poa.nadra.gov.pk

Applicants who wish to execute a Power of Attorney through the Consulate must appear personally before the Consular Officer with:

• Original Power of Attorney and one photocopy
• Original Passport
• Original CNIC/NICOP
• Valid Residence Permit
• Two passport-size photographs
• Copy of CNIC/Passport of the Attorney in Pakistan

The personal appearance of the executant is mandatory.

After attestation by the Consulate, the document must be re-attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan through the nominated attorney.

Power of Attorney documents are normally returned on the same day.

Power of Attorney Issued in Pakistan

If a Power of Attorney has already been executed in Pakistan and requires attestation of the nominated attorney residing in Italy, the nominated attorney must appear personally with:

• Original Power of Attorney
• One photocopy
• Original Passport/CNIC
• Valid Residence Permit
• Two passport-size photographs

The Power of Attorney must already be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan.
