E-Kutchehri: In keeping with the directives of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ambassador will hold the E-Kutchehri on the third Tuesday of every month from 1100–1300 hours to address the community’s grievances.

Community Grievance Redressal: As per the Ombudsman’s Secretariat instructions, community members may visit the Embassy every Thursday at 1000 hours for complaint resolution.
