1. Tourist Visa (The applicant must provide):  

• • Two completed visa application forms filled out in black ink and in block letters.
  • Original passport along with one photocopy.
  • Two identical passport size photographs measuring 2×1.5 inches with a light blue background.
  • Proof of residence permit in Belarus to be provided by an applicant who does not hold Belarusian nationality.
  • Confirm hotel booking and valid return air tickets

2. Family visit visa for Pakistan Origin Foreigners (The applicant must provide): 

• • Two completed visa application forms filled out in black ink and in block letters.
  • Original passport along with one photocopy.
  • Two identical passport size photographs measuring 2×1.5 inches with a light blue background.
  • Proof of residence permit in Belarus to be provided by an applicant who does not hold Belarusian nationality.
  • Proof of Pakistan former nationality in case of self, in case of children born in Belarus, proof of parents present or former Pakistani Nationality

3. Business Visa (The applicant must provide):  

• • Completely filled in Visa Application Form
  • Original passport (having at least 6 months validity) and one copy of the first two pages of the passport).
  • Two identical photographs measuring 2 x 1.5 inches with light blue/white background.
  • At least the following documents:
  • Invitation letter from business organizations duly recommended by concerned Chamber of Commerce / Trade Organization in Pakistan.
  • Recommendation letter by Board of Investment (BOI) Pakistan / Commercial Attaché
  • The invitation letter must be addressed to this Embassy (Supporting letters of Belarusian firms/ authorities must also be addressed to the Embassy).
  • Recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Belarus.

4. Visa for Journalists

• • Two completed visa application forms filled out in black ink and in block letters.
  • Supporting letter from the Media Group/Invitation letter from Pakistani organization/Media Group etc.
  • Original passport along with one photocopy.
  • Two identical passport size photographs measuring 2×1.5 inches with a light blue back group.
  • Proof of residence permit in Belarus for non-Belarusian journalists
  • The original Bank slip must be provided with the visa application.
