On November 26, 2025, in honor of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Neutrality, the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University hosted an international scientific and practical conference and exhibition in a hybrid format “Prospects and implementation of digital innovative technologies in the scientific and educational sphere”. The Ambassador noted how technology is advancing the frontiers of knowledge and human learning, and how the use of responsible digital technology and AI can enhance student learning in the fields of science and research. While technology enhances knowledge and learning, it must be incorporated in a responsible and ethical-efficient manner. The ambassador’s talk noted the significance of holding this important conference on the eve of the 30th Anniversary of Neutrality, and congratulated the Turkmen leadership and people on achieving this benchmark.
