On 25 June 2025, H.E. Dr. Faryal Leghari paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Ali Mojtaba Rouzbahani Ambassador of Islamic Republic of Iran in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. During the meeting, the Ambassador commiserated with her Iranian counterpart on Israel's aggression on Iran, and the loss of Iranian nationals' lives. She also reiterated Pakistan's support for Iran and its people. Ambassador Leghari thanked Iran for facilitating the evacuation of Pakistani visitors and workers in Iran during the conflict. Both sides expressed support and commitment for each other, and stressed the need for peace and regional stability.
