The Embassy of Pakistan, Thailand hosted Pakistan’s 59th Defence and Martyrs Day Reception on 6th September, with participation of senior Thai military leadership, Militay Attache Corps, prominent members of Pakistani Diaspora, local media, and think tank community. The event featured pictures, videos and documentaries depicting the services and sacrifices of Pakistan’s military personnel in defence of the country and for maintenance of regional and international peace and stability as part of 48 UN Peace Keeping Missions around the world. The guests were treated to traditional Pakistani cuisine with Royal Thai Armed Forces Band playing  Pakistani national songs.
