Ambassador-designate H.E. Mr. Muhemmed Aejaz paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Aleksei Kushnarenko, the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Belarus this morning.
The Minister welcomed the Ambassador on his assignment to Belarus. During the meeting, views were exchanged on key initiatives aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various areas.
A significant highlight of the meeting was the review of the preparations for the upcoming Pakistan-Belarus Joint Ministerial Commission scheduled in Minsk next month.
Other ideas, including the exchange of business delegations were also discussed with a view to exploring opportunities and expanding bilateral trade relations.
Ambassador Aejaz and Minister Kushnarenko expressed optimism about the future of Pakistan-Belarus relations and to continue joint efforts to achieve shared goals as agreed between the leadership of the two countries.
