At the Seventy-third Session of the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP), held in Bangkok on 15-19 May 2017, Pakistan's resolution on Regional Road Map for the implementation of 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and SDGs was adopted by consensus. Pakistan's resolution received support of a large number of Asian countries. The draft resolution called for strengthening cooperation by Member States in science technology and innovation for sustainable development. Bangkok, Thailand 19 May 2017
