Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage takes center stage in Cádiz.
The Embassy of Pakistan in Madrid, in collaboration with the Provincial Council of Cádiz, presented “Pakistan: A Culture to Discover” (17 Feb – 13 Mar 2026). The event featured a lecture on Aziz Baloch, the famous Pakistani flamenco artist, by Mr. Guillermo Boto, along with a rendition of his music.
Aziz Baloch, a musician from Sindh, Pakistan, came to Spain in the early 1900s to study flamenco music and performed as a flamenco singer under the stage name “Marchenita.”
