To commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Embassy of Pakistan in Beirut, in collaboration with the Elite Center of Culture & Education, Tripoli, organized a special commemorative event celebrating the life, vision and enduring legacy of the Father of the Nation.
The event brought together around 120 participants from diverse walks of life, reflecting the deep interest and appreciation for Quaid-e-Azam’s message of unity, faith, democracy and peaceful coexistence. The Director General of the Ministry of Culture of Lebanon graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.
In their addresses, the Ambassador of Pakistan and the Guest of Honour paid tribute to Quaid-e-Azam’s remarkable leadership and highlighted his vision of a progressive, inclusive and peaceful society, as well as the enduring bonds of friendship between Pakistan and Lebanon.
A Quaid-e-Azam Sketch Competition was also held, providing young participants an opportunity to express their admiration for the Father of the Nation through art. Prizes were presented to the top position holders in recognition of their creativity and talent.
A dedicated Pakistan Corner was also established at the Elite Center of Culture. The corner will provide students and visitors with an opportunity to learn more about Pakistan and conduct research on the life, struggle and vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
The event was a meaningful celebration of a great leader whose message continues to inspire generations, while also serving as a bridge between the peoples of Pakistan and Lebanon.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s legacy lives on — inspiring us to build a future founded on unity, dignity, knowledge and service.
