The Domain Specific Component of Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) is organized for Mid-Career FSP Officers. Duration of the course is four weeks, usually three courses held in a year. The course consisted of seven modules, which were conducted with the help of various training tools including lecture discussions, simulation exercises, diplomatic communication skills and research-based assignment with presentation. The main objective of the course is to impart diplomatic skills to the participants for capacity building and better service delivery. The  Academy has organized 11 Mid-Career Management Courses.
