For Online Power of Attorney, following documents need to be uploaded:

1. Original Power of Attorney with signature and thumb impression of executor (please upload only one correct power of attorney).
2. Passport size photo (not older than 6 months) must be affixed on the Power of Attorney.
3. CNIC (Both Sides) of Executor and whom attorney is being given
   Swedish/Finnish Passport or Resident Card of the Executor(s).
4. CNICs (both sides) of Witnesses and their numbers must be written on Power of Attorney.
5. Thumb Impression/Fingerprint Proforma.
6. At the time of interview witnesses have to be present with the executor, otherwise, the online Power of Attorney cannot be processed.

NOTE: Please recheck all details including CNIC numbers, spelling of names, passport number etc before submitting your application. Moreover, keep the original documents with yourself during Interview.
