For Online Power of Attorney, following documents need to be uploaded:

1. 1. Original Power of Attorney bearing the executor's signature and thumb impression. Please upload only one correctly completed and signed Power of Attorney.
   2. One recent passport-size photograph (taken within the last 6 months) must be affixed to the Power of Attorney.
   3. CNICs numbers of both witnesses must also be clearly written on the Power of Attorney.
   4. CNIC (both sides) of the Executor , Attorney holder (the person to whom the Power of Attorney is being granted) and witnesses.
   5. Executor's valid Swedish/Finnish passport or residence card.
   6. The Thumb Impression/Fingerprint Proforma that was uploaded during account creation must be uploaded again along with all other required documents.

At the time of the interview, both witnesses must be available to join the interview. If both witnesses are not present, the online Power of Attorney application cannot be processed.

NOTE: Please carefully review all the information before submitting your application, including CNIC numbers, spelling of names, passport numbers, and all other personal details. Applications containing incorrect or incomplete information will not be processed.
