The Pakistani diaspora and student fraternity residing in the Kyrgyz Republic are hereby advised to fulfil the following requirements for availing consular services at the Embassy of Pakistan: 

Attestation of Diploma/Degree

1. Degree/diploma must be attested by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Graduation list from the university
3. Original CNIC & passport
4. Copies of CNIC & passport
5. Original matric &F.Sc (pre-medical) certificates attested by IBCC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan
6. Attestation of matric& FSC certificates from the embassy is compulsory before attestation of degree
7. Copies of documents to be attested
8. One passport size picture (not older than six months)
9. Original bank receipt of US$ 45 for diploma/degree attestation and US$ 20 for attestation of SSC & FSC certificates (if not already attested).

*  If the applicant is in Pakistan, notarized power of attorney may be granted to anyone residing in Kyrgyzstan duly attested from the Pakistan Foreign Office or any of its representative camp offices.

**If the applicant is at any other country, the same power of attorney may be attested from the nearest Pakistan embassy.
