The Pakistani diaspora and student fraternity residing in the Kyrgyz Republic are hereby advised to fulfil the following requirements for availing consular services at the Embassy of Pakistan:

PASSPORT

1. OriginalCNIC/NICOP
2. Original passport(if issued)
3. Police report with English translation (if lost)
4. Copies of CNIC & passport
5. Copy of spouse’s CNIC (if married)
6. Copy of father’s CNIC OR FRC
7. Fee deposit slip
8. One passport size picture (Not older than six months)
9. Contact number &email address
