The Pakistani diaspora and student fraternity residing in the Kyrgyz Republic are hereby advised to fulfil the following requirements for availing consular services at the Embassy of Pakistan:

FORM ‘S’ BIRTH REGISTRATION OF CHILD

• Filled-in prescribed form
• Birth certificate duly authenticated by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Marriage certificate
• CNIC & passport copies of parents

• Two latest passport size pictures of the applicant

• Original bank receipt of us$ 20
