Procedure for German Nationals, German Nationals of Pakistani Origin (POC holders) and Third Country Passport Holders residing legally in the jurisdiction of the consulate : 

• The executant(s) must sign all pages of the document of Power of Attorney before German Notar. The Notar must attest the signature of the executant(s) on all pages of power of attorney and identify the executant(s) with valid German document/passport number in writing. He/she must also attest (stamp) photograph of the executant(s) (passport size) to be pasted on the first page of the document of the power of attorney/affidavit. The Notar must also sign and stamp each page of Power of Attorney/Affidavit.
• The Notar must also attest the signatures of two witnesses on the Power of Attorney/Affidavit, identify the witnesses with valid German document/passport number in writing.
• The applicant must also provide photocopies of passport, German residency card, Pakistan Origin Card of him/herself and the two witnesses.
• The executant(s) must come in person with his/her original documents for attestation/verification of the power of attorney/affidavit notarized by Notar.
• For third country passport holders having legal residence in the jurisdiction of the consulate, a copy of fresh anmeldung must be provided.
• Copy of CNIC of the person(s) to whom Power of Attorney/Affidavit is given.
• Fee for attestation of Power of Attorney/Affidavit of this consulate is €41/-

Procedure for Pakistani Nationals residing legally in the  jurisdiction of the Consulate:

For attestation of Power of Attorney/Affidavit in case of Pakistani Passport Holders, the applicant(s) has to get signature of two witnesses of Pakistani citizens on the Power of Attorney/Affidavit and he/she must personally visit this Mission in order to affix his/her signature on the document in presence of a concerned official.

• Original valid Pakistani passport, Pakistani identity card and Valid German Visa along with their photocopies in addition to photocopies of the valid  Passport/I.D. Card of two witnesses are mandatory requirements.
• The documents must also contain the photograph of the executant(s).
• Copy of CNIC of the person(s) to whom Power of Attorney/Affidavit is given.
• Fee for attestation of Power of Attorney/Affidavit of this consulate is €41/-
