Emergency Travel Document (Outpass) for “Voluntary Repatriation” to Pakistan (Pakistani nationals only)

The applicant must appear in person to the Consulate and complete the following requirements:

1. Form “A” completely filled  (Download Form A: MS Word, PDF*)

2. Two passport size photographs
3. Fee euro 11/- (to be submitted through bank EC card)
4. Proof of being Pakistani National (CNIC and MRP copy)

Application for ETD will only be accepted on the production of sufficient proof of being Pakistani for example either Original Pakistani Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or Family Registration Certificate (FRC). However, a copy of CNIC or NICOP or FRC is acceptable if Machine Readable Passport (MRP) was issued to the applicant in the past.  the copy of MRP is also acceptable.

If an applicant completes above-mentioned requirements, a letter of confirmation will be issued to book a flight. The ETD will be issued for a voluntary return when applicant submits a travel itinerary and confirm ticket to the consulate at least ten (10) days prior to the flight date.

No application will be accepted without completion of the above mentioned requirements.
