Ambassador of Pakistan Holds a Meeting with President of ARICE
Ambassador Ilyas Nizami held a meeting with Mr. Daniel Constantin, President, Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade (ARICE). The meeting focused on further expansion of economic and commercial relations between Pakistan and Romania. The two sides especially discussed the ways to enhance interaction between the business communities of the two countries, including through participation in trade fairs and organisation of dedicated business events.
The Ambassador also briefed the President on the steps being taken by the government of Pakistan for promotion of investment in the country, with a special mention of the platform of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) and the Special Economic Zones being established under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). He also noted the immense potential for further cooperation in the fields of labour and education.
