In order to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiris in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) besieged by Indian government, the Embassy of Pakistan Bucharest organized an event on the occasion of Kashmir Black Day at the Chancery on October 5, 2024.

On September 17, 2024, H.E. Mr. Muhammad Arshad Jan Pathan, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Romania presented credentials to the Honorable President of Romania H.E. Mr. Klaus Iohannis in a ceremony held at Cotroceni Palace, Bucharest.

On August 22, 2024, Ambassador Arshad Jan received Pakistan's Deputy Chief of Naval Staff Rear Admiral Abdul Munib at the Embassy today. The Admiral is on a bilateral visit to Romania in connection to promote Pak-Romania Defence Relations.
