The Pakistani diaspora and student fraternity residing in the Kyrgyz Republic are hereby advised to fulfil the following requirements for availing consular services at the Embassy of Pakistan:

RENUNCIATION OF PAKISTANI CITIZENSHIP

1. Self-explanatory application for renunciation of citizenship
2. Notarized copy of Kyrgyz passport
3. copy of Kyrgyz identity card
4. copy of Pakistani passport
5. copy of CNIC
6. Application form “xviii” in triplicate
7. Bio-data form in triplicate
8. Computer proforma in triplicate
9. Original bank receipt of US$ 15.
10. Original bank receipt of payment of US$ 20.
11. Original bank receipt of payment of US$ 100.
12. Six latest pictures.

FORM ‘S’ BIRTH REGISTRATION OF CHILD

1. Filled-in prescribed form
2. Birth certificate duly authenticated by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign affairs
3. Marriage certificate
4. CNIC & passport copies of parents
5. Two latest passport size pictures of the applicant
6. Original bank receipt of us$ 20

POLICE CHARACTER CERTIFICATE, MARITAL STATUS CERTIFICATE, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, NADRA FORM-B ETC.

1. The embassy will only attest a document if it is attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad or its camp offices in Karachi/Quetta/Lahore/Peshawar.
2. The embassy may refer any document to the authorities in Pakistan for verification.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

1. The applicant must come in person accompanied by two witnesses to sign the power of attorney in the presence of embassy official
2. Original CNIC & passport of the executant
3. Copies of CNIC & passport of the executant
4. CNIC & passport copies of the individual to whom attorney is granted
5. Comprehensive address and contact antecedents of both the executant and beneficiary
6. Filled-in prescribed form
7. Two latest passport size pictures
8. Bank receipt of us$ 36
9. Power of attorney is uploaded online and could take three-five working days 

Attestation of Diploma/Degree

1. Degree/diploma must be attested by the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Graduation list from the university
3. Original CNIC & passport
4. Copies of CNIC & passport
5. Original matric &F.Sc (pre-medical) certificates attested by IBCC and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan
6. Attestation of matric& FSC certificates from the embassy is compulsory before attestation of degree
7. Copies of documents to be attested
8. One passport size picture (not older than six months)
9. Original bank receipt of US$ 45 for diploma/degree attestation and US$ 20 for attestation of SSC & FSC certificates (if not already attested).

*  If the applicant is in Pakistan, notarized power of attorney may be granted to anyone residing in Kyrgyzstan duly attested from the Pakistan Foreign Office or any of its representative camp offices.

**If the applicant is at any other country, the same power of attorney may be attested from the nearest Pakistan embassy.

*** One person can be granted maximum of TWO attorneys

SCHOOL CERTIFICATE "ШКОЛА"

1. The embassy shall only attest a document bearing signature & seal of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. The stipulations in the translated version of the certificate should reflect the original document as accurately as possible
3. Copy versions of CNIC & passports
4. One latest passport size picture
5. Original bank receipt of us$ 10 {per document}

* If the applicant is in Pakistan, notarized power of attorney may be granted to anyone residing in Kyrgyzstan duly attested from the Foreign Office of Pakistan or any of its representative camp offices.

**     If the applicant resident in any third country, the same power of attorney may be attested from the nearest Pakistan embassy.

ONLINE POLICE CHARACTER CERTIFICATE

1. To apply through Punjab Police Global Khidmat Markaz (only for residents of Baluchistan, Punjab and Islamabad) a prior appointment is mandatory.
2. The individual must come in person

6. Two latest passport size pictures

•   The timeline for getting the certificate depends upon clearancefrom the concerned police station.
