Child Registration with Embassy

(Within three months of birth)

Requirements:

Applicant must be present in person (except for Pakistanis living in Kosovo and Northern Cyprus)
Duly filled-in Form S
4 photographs of the child with light blue background
Birth Certificate (Original from hospital)
Copies of Pakistani valid Passports and CNIC/NICOP of parents
Copy of parents' residence card in the country of stay
Marriage certificate of parents, duly attested by the relevant Pakistani authorities

Power of Attorney

Requirements:

Applicant must be present in person with the original CNIC/NICOP
Sign the document at the Embassy in front of the Consular Officer
The executant must provide two witnesses with their original CNIC/NICOP/Passport who will sign in front of the Consular Officer
Original CNIC/NICOP of witnesses with copies
Email and mobile numbers of witnesses required
Copy of attorney's national ID card
Two photographs of the executants and one of the attorney
Contact numbers of both parties
Residential addresses of both parties

Fee: USD 20 per document

Note: Validity of Power of Attorney is 120 days from the date of attestation

Document Legalization

Foreign Documents (Turkish):

Must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey first

Pakistani Documents:

Must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan first

Fee: USD 20 per page

Apostille Certification

The Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents entered into force for Pakistan on 9 March 2023.

Attestation of Commercial/Business Document Related to a Business Based in Türkiye

The document is required to be attested from Turkish Chamber of Commerce where the company/business is registered. Following that, the same document will be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye. After the attestation from both the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye, the Embassy of Pakistan will attest the document.

Note: Please provide notarized Power of Attorney (vekaletname) issued recently to the individual indicating that he/she is authorized to get the company's documents attested on the company's behalf.

Specific Document Requirements

Educational Documents

Intermediate certificates: attested by IBCC
University degrees: attested by HEC
Technical certificates: attested by the technical board
All must be countersigned by the MOFA Pakistan

Marriage Certificate

Pakistan: Nikkah Nama attested by MOFA
Turkey: Translated to English, notarized, attested by Turkish MOFA

Birth/Death Certificates

Hospital: Signed by MS/DMS
Union Council: Signed by Secretary
Must be attested by the MOFA Pakistan

Driving License

Original license with NOC from licensing authority
Copy attested by licensing authority if original unavailable

Police Character Certificate

Issued by District Police Officer
Countersigned by the MOFA Pakistan

Medical Documents

MBBS/PMDC: Attested by the Ministry of Health
Nursing diplomas: Countersigned by the nursing superintendent
Fitness certificates: Signed by MS/DMS

Online Power of Attorney

Documents to be uploaded:

Original Power of Attorney with signature and thumb impression
Passport-size photo (not older than 6 months)
CNIC (both sides) of Executor and Attorney
Swedish/Finnish Passport or Resident Card of Executor(s)
CNICs of witnesses with numbers on the Power of Attorney
Thumb Impression/Fingerprint Performa
