1. Attestation of Pakistani Documents:-AlldocumentsissuedinPakistani.e(affidavits,powerofattorneys)andthoseissuedbyPakistaniauthoritiesi.e(marriagecertificate,birthcertificate,educationaldocuments,familycertificate,etc)mustbeattestedfirstfromtheMinistryofForeignAffairs,IslamabadoritsCampOffices,Lahore,Karachi,PeshawarandQuetta,Pakistan(photocopiesarenotacceptable).
2. Attestation of Serbian Documents:-Alldocumentsissuedby theSerbianauthorities(marriagecertificate,birthcertificate,etc)mustbeattestedfirstfromtheMinistryofForeignAffairs of the Republic of Serbia along-withtheirEnglishtranslations.
3. Affidavit originating at Pakistan:-TheapplicantmustappearattheEmbassyalongwithhis/heralloriginalpassportsandarecentphotograph.Theapplicanthastoarrangetwowitnessesalong-withtheiroriginalvalidPakistanipassport.
4. Affidavit originatingin Serbia:-TheapplicantmustappearattheEmbassyalongwithhis/heroriginalpassportandarecentphotograph.

Note(ifthepassport(s)has(have)beenlost,thenreadablephotocopiesmustbeprovided.Afterverificationofpassportsthecasewillbeprocessed.

1. Power of Attorney by individuals:-TheapplicantmustappearattheEmbassyalongwithoriginalhis/herpassportandarecentphotograph.Theapplicanthastoarrangetwowitnessesalong-withtheiroriginalvalidPakistanipassports.
2. Power of Attorney by Companies:-ThepowerofattorneyssubmittedbythevariouscompaniesmustbeprintedonthecompaniesletterheadandattestedfromtheMinistryofForeignAffairs of Republic of Serbia alongwiththeexecutantsreadablepassportphotocopyandanauthorizationletterinthenameofsubmitteralongwithhis/herSerbian I.Dcard.
3. Registration of Child:-Thechildmustberegisteredwithinsixmonthsofthedateofbirth.ThebirthcertificatealongwithitsEnglishtranslationmustbeattestedfromMinistryofForeignAffairsofRepublic of Serbia.Requisitesupportingdocumentsmaybepresentedinoriginali.e.(child’sbirthcertificate,parent’spassports,residence in Serbia,marriagecertificateandaphotographofchild).Parents,accompaniedbythechild,mustappearinpersonattheEmbassy.

Note:-IncasefatherormotherislivinginPakistanandcannotvisittheEmbassy,anauthorityletterisrequiredwhichhastobeattestedfromtheMinistryofForeignAffairs,Pakistan.Ifthemotherorfatherisinanyothercountry,theauthoritylettermustbeattestedbythenearestEmbassy/ConsulateofPakistaninthatcountry.

Itmaybenotedthatifthepurposeofbirthregistrationofachildisgettinghis/herpassport,theauthoritylettermustmentionthattheparenthasNoObjectiontoregistrationandpassportprocessingofthechildbytheotherparentinSerbia.

Nikah Nama/Marriage Certificate:-IfNikah/MarriageisconductedinSerbia,MarriageCertificatemustbeattestedfromtheMinistryofForeignAffairs of Republic of Serbia alongwithitsEnglishtranslation.ThebrideandbridegroommustappearattheEmbassyalongwiththeiroriginalpassports.
