Attestation of Power of Attorneys

Pakistan Nationals applying for attestation of Powers of Attorney by the Embassy may prepare the Power of Attorney as follows:

• Type the contents of Power of Attorney.
• Write your name, Father’s name, address in Serbia, CNIC & Passport number and Mobile number on the Power of Attorney.
• Write Attorney’s name, Father’s name, address in Pakistan, CNIC and mobile number.
• Write the names and CNIC’s of two witnesses on the Power of Attorney. (witnesses must be Pakistan nationals)
• Visit, along with the two witnesses, the Consular Section of the Embassy and sign as well as provide thumb impressions on the Power of Attorney in front of the Consular Officer. (The applicant and witnesses should carry original CNIC, Passports and two Photographs)

After examining the documents, the Consular Officer will attest the Power of Attorney and hand over the original document to the applicant. Attestation Fee is Euro 20 for each document.
