You can apply for renewal of Passport when there are less than seven months remaining in its expiry.

The Embassy only attests the documents. You may contact any lawyer to make your Power of Attorney as you desire.
Whocanbe a witnessonPowerofAttorney?
Any person (also family member) holder of CNIC/NICOP/POC can be witness on Power of Attorney.
Can embassy provide witnesses?
No. It is the sole responsibility of the Executant of Power of Attorney for completionofallrequirements.
